upload into our Service to extract your facial position,
orientation, and topology ("Facial Data").
Our technology uses this Facial Data to provide the Service to

and to improve the Service. For example, when you upload

into the Service, our AI model is trained on your images,
extract
Facial Data based on those images and generates personalizes
pictures for you. We never use this Facial Data to identify
any
individual person or for authentication purposes.

generate AI portrait photos, you need to upload one front-facing
photo and several regular selfie photos to the Service. The photos
you upload are stored on our servers, which are hosted by Amazon
Web
Services. The AI portrait photos feature relies on the Stable
Diffusion model. We create a copy of the Stable Diffusion model
and
apply technology that retrains the model using the photos you
uploaded, generating image data to create and personalize your
photos.

media platforms. If you interact with social media widgets or
features of the Services provided by social media platforms, these
platforms may collect information.

Required
by law or to protect our rights. We may share your information as
necessary to comply with applicable laws or to protect our legal
rights or the safety of our employees, users, or other
individuals.

Corporate
transactions. We may transfer your information in connection with
the sale or transfer of our business or assets.

your consent or direction. We may share your information with
third
parties when you consent to or request such sharing.

order to ensure the realization of relevant functions and the

modification. However, we cannot guarantee absolute data security as
no electronic transmission or storage method is entirely secure. We

confidential.
